The integral heavy weight drill pipe is made of AIS14145H alloy steel in accordance with AP1 Specifications and SY/T5146 Standards through integral forging with the precision forging machine, integral thermal treatment with the well-type thermal treatment furnace and spray welding of wear-resistant band on joints at both ends and on the thickened section in the middle by using 100XT or 300XT wear-resistant materials authorized by American Arnco Technology Company. Threads can be processed with cold rolling, coppering or phosphating. Double-shoulder threads and other specifications of special threads can be processed.
