Firstly, regarding component cleaning and lubrication
Cleaning standard: Use non-woven fabric dipped in cleaning agent (such as isopropanol) to wipe the mating surface, and prohibit residual cotton or oil stains.
Lubrication requirements: Apply anti seize agent (such as copper based paste) to the threaded parts, and add the specified type of lubricating oil to the sliding bearings.
Regarding Tightening Torque Control
Graded tightening: Use the "cross cross method" to gradually tighten the bolts 3-4 times, reaching 50% of the rated torque for the first time and 100% for the final time.
Torque calibration: Real time monitoring using a digital torque wrench, with an error controlled within ± 5%.
Data reference: The standard tightening torque for a certain type of drill pipe coupling is 200-220 N · m, which needs to be adjusted according to the manufacturer's manual.
For functional testing and acceptance
Pressure test: Pressurize the mud pump to 1.5 times the working pressure for 10 minutes without any leakage, which is considered qualified.
Rotation test: Run at low speed without load for 5 minutes to check for abnormal vibration, noise, and temperature.
Record archiving: Fill in the replacement record form, including spare part batch number, operator, and test data, for easy traceability.
