release time:2024-04-24
source: network
During the use of petroleum drill pipes, various problems may be encountered. The following are some common problems and their solutions:
1. Sticking problem:
·Cause: The use of unqualified thread grease or impurities; Thread single parameter unqualified; Inaccurate connection and buckle; Insufficient torque on the buckle resulted in secondary loosening of the buckle.
·Solution: Use qualified thread grease and ensure thread parameters are qualified; Accurate operation is required when connecting the buckle; Ensure that the tightening torque meets the requirements and avoid secondary loosening of the buckle.
2. Severe joint wear:
·Cause: The formation is hard, and the drill pipe rotates underground, causing friction with the wellbore wall.
·Solution: Choose appropriate drill pipe materials and manufacturing processes to improve wear resistance; Regularly inspect and replace drill pipes with severely worn components; During drilling operations, pay attention to adjusting the drilling pressure and speed to avoid excessive friction.
3. Female joint expansion buckle:
·Cause of occurrence: Insufficient torque for the up hook or stuck drill accidents in the well, excessive torque causing secondary up hook in the well, resulting in the expansion of the female buckle.
·Solution: Ensure that the tightening torque meets the requirements; When encountering a stuck drill accident, timely measures such as impact and rotation should be taken; Regularly inspect and maintain drill pipes.
