In high temperature environments, the winch motor that comes with the drill rod has difficulty dissipating heat. It is necessary to regularly clean the dirt on the motor casing to ensure smooth ventilation at the air inlet, increase the amount of cold air, and improve heat dissipation efficiency. At the same time, the operation and lubrication of the mud pump motor also need to be closely monitored. The sealing gaskets at the hydraulic end are prone to aging, so it is necessary to check and clean the accumulated oil and mud daily, promptly clean the sewage in the spray pump water tank, replenish the cooling water, and lubricate the cylinder liner and piston.
Secondly, for the inspection of seals, high temperature will accelerate the aging of seals. It is necessary to regularly check the use of drill pipe seals and replace them in a timely manner if any damage or corrosion is found. In addition to seal inspection, seals also require certain maintenance and cleaning. After drilling is completed, the seals should be maintained and cleaned to prevent residual corrosive substances.
Furthermore, the lubrication system also needs to be checked accordingly: in high temperature environments, the lubrication system is prone to failure, and it is necessary to regularly inspect the lubrication system of equipment such as drill pipe power tongs to ensure that the lubricating grease is sufficient and does not deteriorate. Shorten the lubrication cycle appropriately to ensure sufficient lubrication of critical parts.
