Firstly, establish a maintenance file: record the type, time, and operating hours of each replaced component, and draw a wear trend curve.
Regular inspection: Check the appearance of the threads every shift, and use an endoscope to inspect the corrosion of the inner wall every month; Use an ultrasonic thickness gauge to measure wall thickness. If it is lower than 80% of the original value, it needs to be scrapped.
Adopt reasonable inventory management: store spare parts in order of production date, and ensure that the shelf life of rubber seals does not exceed 2 years; Choose a temperature controlled warehouse (20 ± 5 ℃) with humidity ≤ 60% and avoid direct sunlight.
By strictly implementing the above operating standards, the safety risks during the replacement of vulnerable parts of oil drill pipes can be significantly reduced, equipment reliability can be improved, and ultimately a win-win situation of economic benefits and production safety can be achieved.
