4. Control welding hot cracking and nitrogen loss: Non magnetic drill collars are prone to hot cracking and nitrogen loss during welding. It is necessary to optimize process parameters (such as preheating temperature and welding speed) to ensure that the weld structure is stable austenite and avoid deformation martensite.
