1、 Antifreeze and Warmth
In winter, the environmental temperature is low, and drilling equipment is prone to freezing and ice. The following cold prevention measures should be taken:
1. Choose appropriate antifreeze. For mechanical equipment and hydraulic systems, choose antifreeze suitable for winter environments, and use heaters to heat as needed to prevent liquid freezing.
2. Insulation treatment should be carried out on the equipment. For drill rods, drill bits, and other equipment installed on the drilling rig, insulation treatment should be carried out during the drilling downtime to prevent freezing.
3. Install insulation measures in advance, such as drilling tents, antifreeze cards, etc., and provide equipment insulation in advance to prevent equipment from freezing during construction in winter frost and snow weather.
2、 Equipment maintenance
Winter is an important period for equipment maintenance, and proper maintenance can avoid construction accidents and equipment aging issues
1. Timely handle various faults and troubleshoot equipment failures, such as hydraulic system leaks, tire blowouts, circuit faults, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
2. Regularly maintain the equipment, such as spraying anti rust paint, replacing vulnerable parts, cleaning the vehicle body, adding lubricating oil, etc., to extend the service life of the equipment.
3. According to climate change, adjust equipment in a timely manner to adapt to environmental changes, such as adjusting the size of machine flames, avoiding excessive fuel combustion, and improving equipment utilization while ensuring construction progress.
