Pipe mold
Pipe mold is made in accordance with GB/T25715-2010 Sphere Nodular Cast Pipe Mold Finish Machining Project or Bilateral Technical Agreement. We can produce T-shaped water-cooling metal pipe mold made of 15Cr2Mo, 21CrMo10 and 30CrMo; we can also produce S-shaped, N-shaped and K-shaped pipe molds by using the hot mold method. We product specification is DN80-1200 mm, and the length is 3-6 m. We can produce 1,800 pieces of specifications of sphere nodular cast pipe molds annually.
EBT+LF/VD process is used for steelmaking. Integral forging is performed with the oil press or precision forging machine. Ultrasonic flaw detection is performed in accordance with JB/T1581-96 Standards. Quenched-tempered heat treatment and destressing treatment are performed after rough machining of pipe molds (boring). CNC lathe is used for finish machining to meet the requirement for high quality of products.
The service life of cast pipe molds produced by the Company is comparable with that of products imported from the USA and Germany. Our products are sold to domestic major cast pipe manufacturing enterprises and exported to Central Asia, South Asia, Europe, North America and other regions.

The Brinell hardness difference of the full length of pipe mold is no greater than 40 HBW.
Other non-standard products
1. Integral spiral heavy weight drill pipe
Integral spiral heavy weight drill pipe is made of AISI4145H alloy steel in accordance with API Specifications and enterprise standards through integral forging of materials, integral thermal treatment by using well-type thermal treatment furnace and spray welding of wear-resistant band on joints at both ends and on the thickened section in the middle by using 100XT or 300XT wear-resistant materials authorized by American Arnco Technology Company. Threads can be processed with cold rolling, coppering or phosphating. Specific dimensions can be provided according to the bilateral contract or agreement.
2. Drill collar
We can provide various models and specifications of short drill collars made of AISI4145H alloy steel in accordance with API Specifications. The length of such products can be 5 feet, 10 feet, 15 feet and 20 feet. Joint threads can be processed with cold rolling, coppering or phosphating. Other dimensions can be provided to meet customers’ requirements.
3. Wear-resistant extension drill collar.
Wear-resistant extension drill collar is made of AISI 4145H Cr-Mo steel in accordance with API Specifications and SY/T5144 Standards. Threads can be processed with cold rolling, coppering or phosphating. Length can meet customers’ requirements. Surfacing of wear-resistant band on pipe body can be realized. The specific dimensions and specifications can be provided according to bilateral contract and agreement.
4. Eccentric tilt-proof drill collar
Eccentric tilt-proof drill collar is made of AISI 4145H Cr-Mo steel. It is of a special eccentric structure. The eccentricity can meet customers’ requirements. Specific dimensions can be provided according to the bilateral contract or agreement.
