1. Avoid high temperature softening: High temperatures can reduce the strength of drill pipe materials, and strict control of drilling pressure and speed is required. It is recommended to adopt the strategy of "low drilling pressure, stable rotation speed" and avoid the resonance range of the drill string in the rotation speed of the rotary table.
2. Reduce alternating loads: The fluctuation of drilling pressure can exacerbate drill pipe fatigue. It is necessary to maintain parameter stability, especially when drilling in soft hard alternating formations, and the drilling speed should be adjusted in sections.
3. Optimize drill pipe connection and disassembly: The pre tightening force of the upper buckle should be strictly controlled within 15MPa to prevent difficulty in loosening or thread damage due to excessive pressure.
4. Avoid mixing drill rods: Different manufacturers or old and new drill rods may cause loose connections or stress concentration due to differences in tolerances and tight distances. It is recommended to use drill rods of the same batch and specification, and regularly check for wear on the buckle type. Local damage (such as 1-2 buckles) needs to be repaired before use.
