There are four methods for detecting oil drill pipes, namely visual inspection, magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic inspection, and X-ray inspection.
1. Visual inspection method: Observe the surface of the drill rod with the naked eye to see if there are defects such as cracks and deformations.
2. Magnetic particle inspection method: By spraying magnetic particle liquid on the surface of the drill pipe, observe whether cracks or other abnormal defects appear in the liquid.
3. Ultrasonic testing method: using an ultrasonic detector to scan between the inner and outer walls of the drill pipe to detect the presence of cracks, defects, and other issues.
4. X-ray inspection method: using X-ray technology to detect whether there are cracks, looseness, and other issues inside the drill rod.
